Capstone Strata was established by one of the industry's most respected and experienced strata managers, out of a belief that there is a need for a top quality, client-centric strata service model that is fully independent of any other service providers. Capstone Strata has as its prime objective to set a new benchmark of what a client-centric strata service model is.
Capstone Strata understands the needs of strata buildings, whether they are boutique, large or complex. We know what is required to achieve results efficiently whilst maintaining the highest level of compliance. We provide unbiased and objective advice to the strata committee and support the committee to fulfill its volunteer role effectively and harmoniously.
Over the years we have developed a stable team of close-knit collaborators, headed by two industry thought leaders who provide mentorship, inspiration and robust oversight to ensure an unparalleled client experience.

Patrick brings the kind of extraordinary depth and breadth of experience to his clients that few, if any, other strata managers can match. Commencing his career as a registered architect, Patrick worked predominantly on high rise buildings for over a decade. During the last 15 years, he has gained experience managing some of the largest and most complex strata and community title sites in NSW. The knowledge and skills gained, supplemented by completing post graduate studies in Business Law, sets Patrick apart.
Applying his creative and strategic mind, he seeks pragmatic solutions to complex problems, whilst ensuring compliance with the law in order to protect his clients. Patrick's experience allows him to see beyond the next step.
The depth of his advice provides his clients with confidence when making critical decisions for the management of their building with the future in mind. Patrick's experience includes the management of defect remedial projects valued at over $10M, appropriate management of defect litigation, navigating the remediation of complex fire compliance deficiencies and providing expert guidance on resolving disputes.

Since joining the property industry in 2013, Erin has a proven track record managing buildings from 4 to 360 lots, to marinas, community associations and complex umbrella entities. She has thrived across this diversity by combining a robust intellectual framework with a human-centred, practical approach.
Through her anthropology background, Erin is attuned to the social forces at play in communal living, often characterised by tension between individual and group imperatives. This background positions Erin perfectly to balance management of a physical asset with the complexities of its social overlay to the benefit of the ownership group as a whole.
Erin's strength is to blend a firm grasp of the technical requirements across a broad range of buildings with an ability to nuance processes so that they address both the specific issue as well as people matters.
